Meditation in Motion is used like a catch all phrase to describe the inner state of practicing Tai Chi, but, very few schools have a method to teach you how to achieve this. It is usually brushed off as something that just happens when you ‘get it right’. Nothing could be further from the truth, meditation in your Tai Chi movement has to be learnt, just like everything else in Tai Chi.
This webinar will give you your starting point and then lay out a pathway for you to follow so that you will achieve the meditative state that brings clarity, stillness and flow to your Tai Chi forms.

Q&A
Do I need to be taichi practitioner?
No, this is transferrable knowledge for any type of movement. We will be using both Taichi movement but also other, practical movement to teach the attendees.
Do I need anything?
Comfortable clothing, pen and paper.
Will the webinar be recorded?
Yes, it will be recorded and available for three days after. After that it will be available to buy or in the membership area.
